  • Lead your Dream is the theme of 2018. The theme calls for the members to actively pursue their dreams in their JC career and in their personal life. We also aim to encourage our youth generations to dream big while improving as an individual. As President, I hope to lead the board of directors and members to fulfill their personal and JC goals.

  • The sub project of Adult Commitment Day – ” 義字Guide”, was a volunteer program started from March to December. Has co-operated with different organizations: Anima, Association of Parents of the People with Intellectual Disabilities of Macau, Casa “ECF Fellowship Orphanage.
  • Received sister chapter JCI Capital from Taipei during 17th to 19th August. Visited the Assembleia Legislative da RAEM, Morpheus Hotel, MGM Cotai and Maritime Museum, and join the August Monthly Gathering to enhance friendships between the two sister chapters.

  • JC James Sun was elected to be the President and led the Board of Directors of 2017, while JC Pak Tong to be Honorary Secretary, JC Luciano C Goncalves to be Honorary Treasurer, JC Annabel Ieong, JC Isly Kong, JC Jun Chan to be Vice Presidents.
  • Best JC Life (共創青商人生) is the theme of 2017. The theme calls for the members to make 2017 a fruitful year for Pan Mac Junior Chamber, and thus, create the best JC life for themselves. As your President, I hope to lead the board of directors and members to create this best JC life.

The program of this camp was imitated “Running Man” to give mission to participants every day and they have to learn teamwork, presentation skill, local cultural etc. We visited 南少林國際學校, share with local youth and learnt Kung Fu from them during July 14-18.

  • Visited JCI Capital (Taipei) during 17-19 July. In this trip, Pan Mac JC attended the joint board meeting and monthly fellowship gathering of JCI Capital (Taipei), JCI Great Land (Taichung), JCI Port (Kaohsiung); thus giving Pan Mac JC members an opportunity to learn the cultures of Taiwan (from north to south as a whole), and creating a bigger network between JCs in Macao and JCs in Taiwan.

In the afternoon of the same day, Pan Mac Junior Chamber organized its AGM. During the AGM, the 2016 Executive Committee Members were elected: JC Daphne Chan was elected as 2016 President of Pan Mac Junior Chamber, JC James Sun, JC Soho Leong and JC Steven Wong were elected as 2016 Vice-Presidents of Pan Mac Junior Chamber, JC Daniel Chan was elected as 2016 Honorary Secretary of Pan Mac Junior Chamber and JC Catherine Sun was elected as 2016 Honorary Treasurer of Pan Mac Junior Chamber.

  • 6 members attended 2015 World Congress held in Kanazawa Japan, the 100th Anniversary of JCI. In the Award Ceremony of World Congress, “Occupation of Young People 2015”, chaired by JC Dolores Chan, won the Best Local Skills Development Program Award.

During the AGM, the 2015 Exe com members were elected: JC Jonathan Lo was elected as 2015 President of Pan Mac Junior Chamber, JC Luciano Goncalves, JC Rebecca leong and JC Jim Wong were elected as 2015 Vice-Presidents of Pan Mac Junior Chamber, JC Daphne Chan was elected as 2015 Honorary Treasurer of Pan Mac Junior Chamber and JC Catherine Sun was elected as 2015 Honorary Secretary of Pan Mac Junior Chamber.
  • NOM Award was held at Macao Tower. During NOM Award, Past P Gary Kou was awarded with JCI Senatorship. 5 awards were won by 3 projects and 1 individual member:

  • Stay•Positive•Spirit ( “新”火”商”傳) was chosen by the 2013 Board of Directors to be the theme of the year. It aims to retain and pass along our past twenty-eight years culture and spirit, as well as adding innovation factor into original, and to nurture a new generation of leadership.
  • Inauguration Ceremony was held on January 13 in MGM Macau.
  • MT Training ‘Back to Basic’ (“新”基營) was organized on February 2-3 in ZhongShan,China. American International Assurance Regional Director & PRC Corporate trainer Mr. Eric Poon and 2009 Pan Mac JC President JCI Senator Sunny Kuan were the trainers. 34 participants attended, included 13 non-members.
  • Chinese New Year Joint Fellowship Gathering (金蛇獻瑞喜迎商) was held on February 23 in Hotel Ritz Macau, guests from NOM, LOMs & SMA joined together to celebrate the Lunar Chinese New Year.

  • “中小企融資與政策座談會” seminar, chaired by JC Luciano C Goncalves, was organized on 19/05/2012. The government department “Macao Economic Services” introduced the most updated SME Funding Scheme, and Bank of China also promoted the policy and procedure of the SME Funding. This event was supported by Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute, and there were over 100 SMEs attend the seminar.
  • The 5th Anniversary Sister Chapter Commemoration Ceremony, chaired by JC Soho Leong, was held at Macao Tower to celebrate the 5th Anniversary with Capital Junior Chamber.
  • Received the official visit of 2012 JCI President Berto It Daems together with NOM and Hou Kong Junior Chamber on 04/06/2012.

  • On 16/09/2012 Adult Commitment Day was organized in 13 consecutive years and recognized as one of the most reputable local youth annual events. We organized teenagers to visit Macao blood Transfusion Service every month for the Blood donation.

  • On 14/10/2012 Pan Mac Junior Chamber hosted the National Convention, chaired by JC Rebecca Ieong. During the National Convention, JC Michael Lou and JC Carlos Lo were successfully elected to the 2013 National Board. In the afternoon of the same day, Pan Mac Junior Chamber organized its AGM, chaired by Rebecca Ieong. During the AGM the 2013 Excom members were elected: JC Grant Lou was elected 2013 President of Pan Mac Junior Chamber, JC Stephanie Lao, JC Zoe Pun and JC Jim Wang were elected 2013 Vice-Presidents of Pan Mac Junior Chamber, JC Patrick Chao was elected as 2013 Honorary Treasurer of Pan Mac Junior Chamber and JC Jonathan Lo was elected as 2013 Honorary Secretary of Pan Mac Junior Chamber.

  • Inauguration Ceremony was held on January 13 in MGM, Macau.
  • Participated the National Convention of NOM and NOM’award on October 15-16 in Macau Tower. Also, Pan Mac finished Annual General Meeting during National Convention, it did all the working repots for 2011 and elected the new executive board member in 2012.
  • Pan Mac JC has participant in the National Award Ceremony 2011, and won 7 awards in the National Ceremony. There are some highlights in different areas :

  • 2011 Pan Mac JC has issued 4 issue of Guia News.
  • Pan Mac Award Ceremony was held on November 19 in Mandarin Oriental. Chaired by JC Catherine Lam. More than 80 members and guests participated in this award with JCI President JCI Senator Kentaro Harada.

Financial & Business Affairs

  • In the BA area, Pan Mac has organized Macao Young Creative Business Plan Contest.
  • It is a project encourages young citizens to make their business idea become true. This project contains Briefing section, Business Plan Competition with Actual Business running support for young citizen.

Membership Activities, Retention & Training

  • Pan Mac has organized monthly meetings for member each month in order to make our members to can have a chance to gather each month, in the year of 2011, we have :

    • 『相影成趣Chok Chok Chok』(Joint with Hou Kong JC)

  • In the Retention area, we have organized the Mentorship Program for every member with Past President Mentor to share their JC Life together. Also, we have organized Championship in Pan Mac JC which make members have more physical movement and some activities other than JC projects.
  • In the training area, a leadership & team building training “飛天train年之夜狼傳說” was organized on March, CL T JC Leo Hung & CL T JC Kirk Lei were the trainers and being a good team spirit and communication in the project.
  • More, in the mid of Mar & beginning of April, we organized the project JC Basic Law – Financial & Protocol Training which give the basic skill to Pan Mac Members. In the end of October, we organized JC Basic Law II – as the “Train to Lead” which giving leadership skills to members.

Community Development

  • Adult Commitment Day was held on September 17. Chaired by JC Carlos Lo. More than 800 youths are participated. “十八.變” as the theme slogan. In addition, “Change in Action” Workshop, and “Change in Action”. is also included in the project.

International Affairs & Public Relation

  • Participated in Asia Pacific Area Conference in Manila, Philippines, and Pan Mac has 7 members to join this International Events and we also organize our member to join the World Congress in Brussels, Belgium.
  • At 20 June, 2011, Pan Mac JC & Hong Kong Kowloon JC celebrated their 20 Anniversary Sisterhood at Macau Fisherman Wharf, and there are more than 100 members and 30 Past Presents joined this great event for both chapters.
  • We have made a visit to Taiwan Capital JC and also with their visited during August, we have organized different event to make both sister chapter closer.
  • PR area “為生命轉『帳』- JCI Nothing But Nets” was held on October 27. Chaired by JC Stephanie Lao. This project is a fund raising project for JCI to purchase net to Africa people.
  • Another Project in PR Area is “Pan Mac Pro” which is promoting Pan Mac image to the public. Except some seasonal greeting email and on day PR assistant, we still organized a Pan Mac Credit Card & Blood Donation Activity.
  • JC Gary Kou was elected the President and led the Board of Directors of 2010.
  • “心連繫•共創建”was chosen by the 2010 Board of Directors to be the theme of the year.
  • Inauguration Ceremony was held on January 16 in Grand Hyatt, Macau.
  • The first project of the year, a leadership & team building training “One Night Stand” was organized on February, CL T JC Leo Hung & CL T JC Michael were the trainers for this overnight training project.
  • CD area “Student Improvement Award” was held on May 30. Chaired by JC Jonathan Lo. There are 20 awards winner for this Student Improvement Award, and invite famous speaker including JCI Training JCI Senator Roberto Noronha.
  • 17 members of Pan Mac Junior Chamber participated in Asia Pacific Area Conference in Singapore, and Pan Mac has award the Best Youth Activities Award in by Adult Commitment Day 2009.
  • Taiwan Capital JC visited us during Adult Commitment Day at July, 6 members with 5 teenagers came to joins us for our activities.
  • Adult Commitment Day was held on July 18. Chaired by JC Maggie Wan. More than 800 youths are participated. “十八心連繫.共創新境界” as the theme slogan. In addition, training camp with teens from Macau, Hong Kong, China and Taiwan and also the ceremony were held as well.
  • Visit Hong Kong Kowloon JC in their 45 anniversary, at 3rd July 2010 15 member was join this great day for our sister chapter.
  • BA area”創出一片天”was held on August 21. Chaired by JC Soho Leong. 3 professional speakers from Macau, Hong Kong & Taiwan are invited for sharing. Around 100 members and guests participated.
  • PR area”為生命轉『帳』- JCI Nothing But Nets” was held on August 26. Chaired by JC Catherine Lam. This project is a fund raising project for JCI to purchase net to Africa people and we have raised USD$5,000.00. finally
  • Member Training area “『公關達人』” seminar was held on October 16. Chaired by JC Stephanie Lao. An IFT Professor and JCI Senator Richard Kuan were speakers to share how can be the master of Public Relation.
  • 16 members and PMs of Pan Mac Junior Chamber participated the National Convention of NOM and NOM award on October 23-24 in Grand Lisboa Hotel. Also, Pan Mac finished Annual General Meeting during National Convention, it did working reports for 2010 and elected the new executive board member in 2011
  • Participated in World Congress in Osaka, Japan. And Pan Mac has award the Best Youth Activities Award in by Adult Commitment Day 2009 as well. Also during the world Congress, IA area has hold a project call “青商與創作人同行”, chaired by JC Patrick Chao. This activity brought creative product and designer to World congress and promotion our creative idea to the world.
  • BA area”二○一一年環球投資路線圖”講座was held on November 14. Chaired by JC Steve Wang. Professional speakers from Convoy Financial Services Holding Limited are invited for sharing the investigation of 2011 for us. Around 120 members and guests participated.
  • Pan Mac Award Ceremony “我的心情頒獎典禮”was held on November 21 in Rocks Hotel. Chaired by JC Nicole Wong. Around 80 members and guests participated.
  • On 23/10/2010 Fu Kei Kuang and Sunny Kuan were awarded with JCI Senatorships.

  • JC Sunny Kuan was elected the President and leads the Board of Directors of 2009. “同心 飛躍廿五年” was chosen by the 2009 Board of Directors to be the theme of the year.
  • Inauguration Ceremony was held on January 11 in Macau Venetian.
  • JC Orientation Seminar “青商知識達人一青商知識講座” was organized on January 30, CNT Flora Cheong, CNT Roberto Antonio Noronha and JC Gary Kou were the trainers.
  • Visit Taiwan Capital JC, the local enterprises, and attended JCI Taiwan camping activity. Chaired by JC Carlos Lo. 7 members participated on March 28 – 30.
  • BA area “交通禮讓原動力” was held on May 24. Chaired by JC Tina Wong. Around 3700 leaflets for the knowledge quiz are received from Macau citizens. More than 1300 promotion stickers are posted in taxies, buses and tourist coaches with the theme “禮讓守規,安全駕駛”, and 13 organizations as the supported units.
  • BA area “創富E.C. Job” was held on July 11. Chaired by JC Chloe Ng. 3 speakers from professional areas are invited for sharing.
  • Adult Commitment Day was held on August 16. Chaired by JC Kirk Lei. More than 500 youths are participated. “延續18精神,十載有你同行”as the theme slogan. In addition, video competition, tree planting, photo exhibitions were held as well.
  • 3M training “飛躍古兜青Train青” was held on September 12 – 13. Chaired by JC Nicole Wong. Leadership training and sharing by past presidents are included.
  • 25th Anniversary Celebration was held on September 26 in Altira Macau. More than hundred members and guests participated, included our sister chapters: Taipei Capital JC, ltami JC and Kowlon JC.
  • Participated the National Convention of NOM on October 11 in Macau Tower.
  • JC Day was held on October 24 in Corner’s. Chaired by JC James Sun. Before the dinner,”青商DO RE Ml” was held as a sharing by seniors in the committee.
  • Pan Mac Award Ceremony was held on November 7 in MGM Macau. Chaired by JC Angel Seak. Around 80 members and guests participated.
  • Participated in JCI World Congress in Peninsula JC.
  • JC Christmas party was held on December 12 in Sand Macau with the theme of “Wild’s Mas.” Chaired by Hou Kong JC Bill Leong.
  • “從這裡看澳門” showed on 20 December from Macau CableTV, 2 chapters showed per week, 10 chapter in total. It is a special program for 10th Anniversary of Macau’s Return.
  • Visited our sister chapter, Taipei Capital JC for 35th Anniversary Celebration on December 26-28.
  • Monthly Meeting was held as membership activities, and the July Joint Monthly Meeting is jointing with Hong Kong Kowloon JC on July 25 for visiting COD and having dinner in Grand Emperor Hotel.
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd edition of Guia News are published, and the 4th edition will publish in the early of January 2010.

  • Sister Chapter Kowloon JC official visit of 25 members and organized a joint monthly meeting “P love K, Face to Face.” on 23 August.
  • “愛廣告設計比賽暨專題講座”was chaired by JC James Sun, The theme of the Poster design competition was set as “Care”. The judging of the posters would be based on creativity, attractiveness and topic related as the key elements of judgment. On the seminar, even though the electricity supply was unexpectedly cut off during the seminar, none of the 100 audiences left the venue but remained seated till the end of the seminar and still enjoyed the seminar.
  • Adult Commitment Day, Chaired by Grant Lou, 500 of age 18 youths and 400 audience participated, Coincidentally, the 2008 Olympic Game is held in Beijing, this aroused the enthusiasm from the Olympic. For this reason, we used “Strive with Care ! 奮鬥18, 關懐出發” as our theme slogan, we have three parts in the main program on the ACD Ceremony. The first session was games’booths; The second session was to join the sport competitions. the delegates would know more about the citizen responsibilities. The final session was the oath-taking ceremony with other performance.

  • Talk on the printing industry was organized on 24/06/2006 and conducted by SMA Chairman Chao Si Seong during June Monthly Meeting.
  • “Are You Ready?” seminar, chaired by JC Sandy Lo, was organized on 22/07/2006. The seminar served as the kick-off of the 2006 Adult Commitment Day activities series, chaired by JC Gary Kou. The seminar was divided into three parts : The first part was presented by Mr. Wong Chi Hou, Head of the Community Relations Department of CCAC. His talk informed the 18 year old youths of the need for proper procedures in society. The second part was presented by Mr. Jose Pereira Coutinho, Macau Legislator. His talk informed the 18 year old youths of civic responsibilities. The third part was presented by Mr. Terence Wong, a well-known celebrity and promoter in the media. His talk informed the 18 year old youths of the need to have a goal and planning in life.The “Are You Ready?” seminar was also the training ground for the participants of the Training Camp for Project Management. Through this project, the participants learnt how to implement their first JC project through learning by doing what they were taught in their training.
  • Talk on table wine was organized on 23/07/2006 and conducted by Immediate Past SMA Chairlady Catherine Choi during the July Monthly Meeting.

  • More than 100 participants of the 2006 Adult Commitment Day conducted social work activities organized around Macau on 06/08/2006.
  • On 13/08/2006 the 2006 Adult Commitment Day concluded with the oath taking of the participants at the Macau Forum. Apart from the oath taking ceremony, an exchange with 18 18-year old youths from Hong Kong through a tour of the world heritage of Macau, a variety show and a sharing of the social work experience conducted by the participants through an exhibition was also organized. The president of both our sister chapters; ltami Junior Chamber and Kowloon Junior Chamber attended our activity together with us.
  • On 20/08/2006 the SMS Happy Message project, chaired by JC John Ramos, was launched. Informational messages collected from various government departments and institutions were sent periodically to inform the youth more about Macau, their community and their surroundings.
  • Talk on dining protocol was organized on 26/08/2006 and conducted by SMA Honorary Secretary Welton Ling during the August Monthly Meeting.
  • On 08-10/09/2006 10 members joined the official delegation to visit Capital Junior Chamber, our friendship chapter in Taiwan. During the official delegation, the members participated in the Annual General Meeting of Capital Junior Chamber and also visited 2 companies; a Bluetooth software company and a software game exporting company to learn more about their local entrepreneurship.

  • On 08/10/2006 Pan Mac Junior Chamber hosted the National Convention, chaired by JC Kirk Lei. During the National Convention, JC Richard Kuan, JC Sunny Kuan and JC Michael Lou were successfully elected to the 2007 National Board. In the afternoon of the same day, Pan Mac Junior Chamber organized its AGM, chaired by Kirk Lei. During the AGM, Pan Mac Junior Chamber was approved to join the Macau Youth Federation. Also during the AGM the 2007 Excom members were elected: JC John Ramos was elected 2007 President of Pan Mac Junior Chamber, JC Kirk Lei, JC Gary Kou and JC Ringo Bi were elected 2007 Vice-Presidents of Pan Mac Junior Chamber, JC Bella Leong was elected as 2007 Honorary Treasurer of Pan Mac Junior Chamber and JC Roger Leong was elected as 2007 Honorary Secretary of Pan Mac Junior Chamber.

  • A late night sister chapters fellowship gathering was arranged during 2005 AS PAC Macau with more than 50 members from Pan Mac JC, Kowloon JC, ltami JC and Sunway JC joined on 28 May.
  • The Project Business Exchange Trip to Japan was co-organized with ltami JC during the period 3 to 6 August.
  • The Joint Project with ltami JC “ltami Students in Macau” elected two ltami primary students to join home stay and local summer activities in Macau. They shared their experience through radio interview broadcasting upon return to ltami.
  • Adult Commitment Day was organized in six consecutive years and recognized as one of the most reputable local youth annual events. There were more than 900 youth registered to join the 2005 Adult Commitment Day on 28 August.
  • A delegation of more than 10 members was organized to join the 40th Anniversary Ball of sister chapter Kowloon JC on 4 September in Hong Kong.
  • A courtesy visit trip to Taipei was paid in attending the AGM of Taipei Capital JC during the period 9 to 11 September.

  • “Managing in Different Ways” Training Seminar was held on September 12 at Auditorium, CAT, inviting Mr. Paul Chan, Trainer of Dale Carnegie to be the speaker. Around 150 participants from public sectors, private business establishments and JC attended the seminar.
  • Pan Mac Junior Chamber 20th Anniversary Celebration Banquet was held on September 18, with around 100 guests and members from NOM, LOM, ltami Junior Chamber, Kowloon Junior Chamber and Hou Kong Junior Chamber.

  • IA Project “Macau Malaysia Youth Affairs Exchange” was held during October 1 to 3, members of Pan Mac Junior Champber visited Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and shared experience with Junior Chamber Sunway, Malaysia.

  • To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Pan Mac Junior Chamber, a Fund Raising function was organized and a Contribution Ceremony to Caritas Ligacao was held on November 28 during Pan Mac Award Banquet.
  • Business and Training Project “齊商共創管理策略工作坊” was held on December 4 at IPIM Macao Business Support Center, with speakers of Mr. Shih Wing Ching, Chairman of Centaline Group, Hong Kong; Mr. Victor Kuan, President of CPTTM, etc.
  • Four editions of Guia News, the Pan Mac Junior Chamber official newsletter, were published.
  • Three projects won 3 awards in the NOM Award Ceremony 2004. They were “Youth Forum” as The Best Youth Activity Project; “Guia News” as The Best Publication and “Managing in Different Ways” Training Seminar as The Best Training Project.

  • Four members were graduated in Prime Course. They were JC John Ramos, Roger Leung, Sophia Lei and Michael Lou. JC Roger Leung had received “The Best of the Best Award”.
  • Adult Commitment Day (成人宣誓日) was held on May 4th at Macau Cultural Centre. The project attracted nearly 1,000 Macau youths and got good reputation from the community.
  • Business project “澳門品牌創新之道” was held on June 8th at the Grand Hall of Macau Polytechnic Institute.
  • A local training program “精英團隊新定向” was held at九澳慈青營on June 28th and 29th. Another training program “新舊約齊同行”was held on September 27th and 28th in ZhongShan, China. JC Si Tou Ieng Kit was invited to be the trainer.
  • 10 Members had visited our Sister Chapter in Japan, ltami Junior Chamber from 30th June to 5th July and attended their 40th Anniversary Celebration.
  • A project “文物保護記事簿” was held on 23rd November.
  • Pan Mac JC’s official newsletter “Guia News” was published quarterly. Each publication carried a special theme, namely Air, Water, Fire and Wind.
  • Two projects won 2 awards in the MJC Award Ceremony 2002. They were “Guia News” and “澳門品牌 創新之道”.

  • Four JC Orientationswereorganized for prospective members in 2002. Prime Graduates Roberto Antonio Noronha, Sitou Ieng Kit and Florence Choi were invited to be the trainers for the JC Orientations.
  • A special project management training program “能力增值.你我齊演繹” was held at Macau Ha Sa Youth Centre (黑沙青年中心) on May 4th and 5th by coaches of Luis Wan, Sitou Ieng Kit and Florence Choi. This training program was slightly different from those organized in the past as the participants would be responsible for forming an organization committee to implement a project by applying what they have just learnt.
  • Treasure Your Life (珍惜生命.未來由你創) was organized by the new prospective members as mentioned above in Yau Hon Garden on October 13.
  • Members of our Sister Chapter in Japan, ltami Junior Chamber, visited Macau for 3 days on April 19 to 21. The harmony relationship between two LOMs was strengthened.
  • Adult Commitment Day (成人宣誓日) was held on June 16 at Macau Forum. The project attracted more han 1,500 Macau youths and got good reputation from the community.
  • Business project, Business in Guangzhou (商機無限廣州行), was held on September 6 to 9. A group of around 28 Macau businessmen and managers visited several business sectors in Guangzhou and observed the business environment there.
  • Each publication of Guia News carried a special theme, namely Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. They symbolized the development of Pan Mac 2002.
  • The project Adult Commitment Day held in 2001 was awarded “YOUTH ACTIVITIES AWARD” and “THE BEST OF THE BEST AWARD in JCI ASPAC”, Sendai, Japan in May.

  • “The 6th Asia Pacific youth Singing Contest” was successfully held at University of Macau on October 10, which was hosted by Pan Mac Junior Chamber. The contest was jointly organized with Tai Ping Shan J.C. (Hong Kong), Hsin Chu J.C. (Taiwan), Youth Federations of Foshan, Jiangmen, Panyu, Zhongshan, Zhuihai and Xinjiang. Mr So Man Chi, the representative of Macau had been the winner of this contest.
